Vision and business concept
The word ’Nova’ means ’particularly bright star’, which also is the foundation of Nova 100’s business concept. The Nova 100 network consists of stars like that – top talents, Nova members. All members of the Nova 100 network have undergone a rigorous selection process where each candidate’s AQ (Academic Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient) and BQ (Business Quotient) have been evaluated and appraised. Only the best 400 each year will be offered a membership.
Nova 100’s vision is to be the primary operator in the talent market and to help companies and organisations reach higher levels of profitability through maintaining the foremost top talent network in all of Denmark.
