History
Nova 100 was established in 1997, by e.g. Lars-Henrik Friis-Molin, and at the beginning part of the Universum group, but in 2002 Nova 100 AB was established as an individual company.
In 2005 Nova 100 AB was acquired by Constellation Group AB and has since been part of their activities alongside the sister companies Agentum and Komet. As of today, Nova 100 is active in Sweden, Denmark (2005), Norway (2007), China (2008) and Finland (2009) and we are expanding even further to other parts of the world within the Nova Global project (2009).
In 2007 the Talent Noetwork Nova Pro was established for members who have finished their master studies. Hence Nova Pro is only for professionals and not for students. The reason was to more clearly and accurately satisfy the need of the working members.
The organisation and trademark Nova Networks was established in July 2009, as a collective name for Nova 100, the top students, Nova Pro, working top talents. As Nova’s members go through development both personally and in their career, and receive new challenges, Nova Executive Network was established in 2010 – a senior network for top talents in top positions.
Today, Nova Networks have more than 10 000 members all over the world.
