What is a Nova?
According to dictionaries the word ’nova’ means ’flaring star’. In our network we gather particularly bright stars – talents – which we call Novas. A Nova is a person who possess a combination of strong academic merits (AQ), a high drive and energy level (BQ) and a clear social maturity as well as a humble image (EQ).

Our members are primarily represented in university cities and the majority study engineering, economics, law or systems engineering.
Many Novas are running their own companies parallel to their studies (17%), study or have studied abroad (85%) and practise sports at elite levels (33%). Almost a third of all the talents in the Nova network speak 3 or more languages and all members of the network have some form of commitment, undertaking or employment alongside with their studies.
