Sales

Depending on seniority you will work with working up new customers or Key Account Management. The width of our portfolio of products makes sure that you continuously will grow within your role, along with the responsibility for more complex products and client relations.

Search & Selection

Here you will get the possibility to recruit some of the most talented candidates of this market. You will be leading the project on your own through the entire process, from first meeting with the candidates and sourcing to gathering of references and final delivery.

Talent Management

Within Talent Management you will focus on the network and our members – you work with attracting and recruiting new talents to the Nova networks, while you also create and carry out activities with relevant contents for our members.

Advisory Services

As advisor consultant your daily focus is knowledge of the talent market – both locally and globally. You will lead projects such as generic and custom researches and consultant commissions.


To become successful within any of these roles, you are a networking person with a passion for establishing long-lasting, qualitative relations – both from a client’s and candidate’s perspective. You are comfortable working both operatively and strategically and you identify yourself with our words of value: Personal, Professional and Networking.

Nova Networks (Nova 100 and Nova Pro) is a part of Constellation Group, where also Komet, Agentum and Constellation Services are included. Your efforts will get immediate response here. Because we work within the talent market, it is needed of you to be one too – a talent!

Nova100 er Skandinaviens eneste formaliserede netværk. Vi rekrutterer og udvikler top talenter og giver dem mulighed for at komme i kontakt med nogle af Danmarks mest attraktive arbejdsgivere. Vi søger nu en praktikant på fuldtid til opgaver indenfor talent management, rekruttering og eventplanlægning.
 
Ansvarsområder
Du vil indgå i virksomheden som del af vores medarbejderteam på seks personer. Her vil du få ansvar for en bred vifte af HR opgaver, eventplanlægning og hvad der ellers hører ind under administrationen af et talent netværk. En fast del af din hverdag vil være at stå for at booke og udføre interviews med potentielle kandidater til netværket. Dine opgaver vil blive planlagt i samarbejde med Talent Management teamet. Du vil blive oplært i interviewteknik og vores evalueringssystem. For den rigtige person vil der være rig mulighed for stort ansvar og yderligere opgaver samt mulighed for efterfølgende deltidsansættelse.
 
Faglige kvalifikationer og erfaringer
Du har en relevant studiemæssig baggrund: cand.soc/merc indenfor HRM, psykologi og/eller kommunikation etc.
Du er god til at kommunikere og formidle.
Tidligere erfaring med eventplanlægning, rekruttering eller interviews er en fordel.
Du taler dansk og engelsk på højt niveau.
 
Personlige kvalifikationer
Du er ansvarlig og selvkørende.
Du er udadvendt og kan lide at tale med studerende og nyuddannede med forskellig uddannelsesmæssig baggrund.
Du har empati og er nysgerrig.
Du har en positiv indstilling, tager initiativ og søger altid det bedste resultat.
