Nova 100 is the leading company on the talent market in Scandinavia and through the years we have executed a large amount of research, special focus groups and workshops, with the target group of top talent undergraduates, Novas, as a foundation. Talent index is an advisory service created by Nova 100 particularly to measure companies’ and organisations’ internal talent. The company in question will appoint their foremost talents and their answers will be compared with industry and or country index. The report will give the employer an overview of how the talents at the company feel and how well-prepared you are when it comes to business competition.
