Partnership
A strategic partnership with Nova 100 is a combination of all of our services, custom planned for each partner company and runs for 12 months.
A typical partnership deal can involve a large Nova 100 event, which is arranged together with other companies (for example Nova Forum), your own recruitment and/or marketing event, custom designed recruitment services and an internal study on the company’s own talents.
As partner you are also invited to the annual partner gathering where all of Nova 100’s partners meet up and discuss talent management related questions. In addition you will get the right of association, which includes conspicuity on Nova 100’s website (including a space for marketing video, banner and other information) and in Nova 100 Talent Catalogue which is published once a year.
