We have many years’ experience of recruiting top talents and during the years we have had time to establish good personal relations with our members at the best universities. We meet our members continuously through the events we arrange ourselves and through the hundreds of career talks we execute with our members each year. Doing so, the relations between us grow stronger and we possess a unique knowledge about them as candidates and about their future career goals.
Our philosophy origins in creation of profitability for our clients’ organisations through a supply of extraordinary talented candidates. Our methods are based on partly the members of the network, but also on their contacts and recommendations – so-called reference based recruiting. The combination provides us with a foundation in our recruiting processes which make the deliveries of candidates both spot on and very quick. We present candidates within 15-20 work days and our structured work procedure will guarantee quality through the entire process.
We can also offer you Internships, that is, temporal projects where one or several Nova members can help your organisation during or directly after their studies. These projects mostly have a time span of 3-6 months, but longer internships have been arranged. The process for finding the candidates is the same as for an ordinary Search & Selection assignment, but the business arrangement is different.
