Employer Branding is all about marketing your company as an employer. It can be to illuminate career paths, development programmes or simply what the positions will consist of. Nova 100 will always give you advice in the process of creating the right medium of communication, but the unique service we offer you is the very exclusive target group of Nova 100 members and the different venues we know fit for both employers and members. We call this concept Talent Branding.

The whole idea of Talent Branding is to gather the top talents at the same arena and, instead of mass marketing and trying to reach everyone at the same time with the same message, direct the marketing toward the “right” people. It is about meeting the top talents you actually want to hire now or later on, but equally about reaching the individuals who are the strongest lobbyists at their universities.

We at Nova 100 have created special events and custom communication toward top talents since 1997 and know therefore how to create the right message and events to reach and affect the target group most efficiently.

Part from exposure toward the Nova 100 network, through your own banner on our website and/or direct dispatches and articles, you are offered a possibility to participate in several gatherings with the members of the network. The purpose is to attract and recruit the right people to your company by presenting and discussing what you as employers have to offer, and to test and evaluate the candidates. Examples of activities/venues are Nova Forum, Nova on Tour, Nova Business Academy,events explicit for certain companies and different workshops and specific themed events.
