Our successful model for identifying talents has been perfected while cooperating with clients and has been available since the beginning in 1997. Nova 100 will welcome the ones with a clear and outgoing combination of perspicacity, a strong drive and high social intelligence. We call it AQ, BQ and EQ.

To become a satisfactory member you must go through a thorough selection process. The process of identifying new talents is continuous, which guarantees a steady flow of new members. In the first screening we do individual evaluations of how strong the combination is of the three criteria – especially the academic height, drive and involvement level. If you pass this, an hour long interview with a consultant from Nova 100 will await you, where the focus is on identifying the driving force and future potential. Your personal traits and social maturity is also of equal importance.
